My Account
To update your account information, visit the My Account page located on the right side of the top navigation bar and click the Edit tab.
Editing your email address or resetting your password will require you to re-enter your current password.
Resetting your password
If you forget your password, you can request a new one by visiting the Tech Issue form. Under "Issue," check the box for I need to reset my password.
* Make sure the email address you enter in the form is the same one associated with your user account. We cannot send the reset information to an email that is not associated with the account.
You will receive a temporary password and instructions to change it after logging in.
